Beef from
Pastured Livestock

Each year, typically in the fall and winter months, we have a limited amount of certified organic 100% grass-fed beef available for sale. The livestock are pastured through the grazing season creating a healthy ratio of Omega-3 to Omega-6 fatty acids now understood to be so important to good health.

We sell the beef in quarters, 10lb. and 25lb. (approximately) variety boxes, as well as by the cut. The variety boxes contain a mixture of steaks, roasts, hamburger, and other cuts as they are available.

Pastured Hens for
Soups and Stews

Beginning in October, 2012, we will have certified organic, frozen whole birds available for making flavorful soups and stews.  Customers are notified when their order is ready for pick-up from the farm.  All processing is done at a licensed facility. 

Price: $8/bird (approximately 2.5lbs).

Reserve any number of birds by sending an e-mail to steve@prairieblufffarm.com.  A non-refundable deposit of $2/bird is required to hold your order.
